THE WINNING TEAM

• OBJECTIVE

  • To simulate motivation level and developing positive attitudes of the participants to work as members of high performance work team and bear accountabilities in achieving organization goals.

• STRUCTURE

  • This is a one (1) day programme. Time duration is 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. 35-45 participants per session. Wide variety of learning strategies, methods and techniques will be utilized. Participatory approach will be encouraged.

• MEDIUM

  • Bilinguals.

  • All level of employees of a company.

  • (Outside the Colombo limits travelling cost will be added)

  • If the 70% of the participants are not satisfied with the programme presented, training fee will be refunded.
