Attitude Development & Motivation

• OBJECTIVE

  • To give proper guidance & motivation, awakening the true potential of the participants to lead, achieve a dignified life with determination and dedication as true Sri Lankans and to make use of that potential energy for their lives, their family, their establishments and the motherland.

• STRUCTURE

  • This is a one (1) day programme. Time duration is 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. 35-45 participants per session. Wide variety of learning strategies, methods and techniques will be utilized. Participatory approach will be encouraged.

• MEDIUM

  • Bilinguals.

• TARGET GROUP

  • All level of employees of a company.

  • Rs. 65,000
  • (Outside the Colombo limits travelling cost will be added)

  • If the 70% of the participants are not satisfied with the programme presented, training fee will be refunded.
